Hut 8 is a legitimate, publicly traded North American digital asset mining and high-performance computing company. It has no operations or authorized representatives in Uganda. Any investment platforms, individuals, or online groups in Uganda claiming to represent Hut 8 and offering quick returns are scams.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

They promise daily earnings, claiming you will earn every 10 hours while they take the other 14 hours of earnings. They use you to recruit others, encouraging you that you will earn bonuses through referrals

When you check your balance, it looks like you are earning money, but when you try to withdraw after the period they offered you, the platform blocks you out.

These scammers usually copy names of real websites; check the web address carefully. Once these platforms close, they usually take all your invested money, and you have nowhere to complain to.
